  • bcc Email is placed in the bcc field of all emails.  
  • If the Display Owner Link on Unit/Tenant Info is ON and the Owner Info is entered, a link to the Owner in placed on the Unit/Tenant Info screen.  
  • You can set the Last Receipt Number to the sequence you want.  
  • Notify Minutes Before is the minutes before the event that you will receive the notification of a Repair or Promise to Pay.  
  • The rest of the fields are defaults that can be changed on the screen that they appear.

  • You can display badges on the Rental Unit cells by setting On Rental Units to ON.
  • You can display badges on the Tab Bar by setting On Tab Bar to ON.
  • If you think that the badge count is wrong, either on the app icon or inside the app, set Reset Badge Count to ON and it will reset all badge counts the next time the app is started.  It will also set this switch back to OFF.
